About Full Facial Rejuvenation

Full facial rejuvenation combines the surgical techniques of numerous facial recontouring procedures to restore a more refreshed and youthful-looking appearance. Endoscopic Brow Lift

An endoscopic brow lift is a one-hour procedure that can restore a more youthful-looking, natural, and rested appearance to the upper third of your face. Dr. Vanek can integrate this procedure into your full facial rejuvenation to address concerns such as descending eyebrows, deepening wrinkles across the forehead, frown lines, and an overall aged appearance.

It entails Dr. Vanek making three one-inch incisions behind the hairline before using an endoscopic camera to visualize your internal tissues. He will then lift and naturally elevate the position of the brows before securing them in place, where they will heal in about 10 days. ⁽¹⁾

Blepharoplasty

A blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that can refresh the upper and/or lower eyelids. ⁽²⁾ Dr. Vanek can perform this procedure by removing excess skin, repositioning fat, and tightening the muscles across the upper and lower eyelids. Canthoplasty

Neck Lift

A neck lift is a procedure that can tighten the skin and muscles around the neck to restore a smoother, more defined appearance. When performing this procedure, Dr. Vanek will utilize the corset platysmaplasty approach. This means that he will suture the aging, separated borders of the neck muscles together, tightening them similarly to a corset. ⁽⁵⁾ This will create a more athletic, chiseled, and sharp jawline. As he does this, he will also sharpen the angle of your jaw by targeting excess local fat or sagging skin. This will allow you to achieve a more chiseled jawline overall.

Renuvion

Lateral Tarsal Strip Procedure

Dr. Vanek can perform a lateral tarsal strip procedure to address concerns such as more severe eyelid laxity and poor eyelid functionality, as well as improve the structural support of the eyelids during another cosmetic procedure. In the procedure, he places an incision in the outer corner of the eyelid before separating a strip of the tarsal plane. This is the firm connective tissue that provides shape to the eyelid. He will then remove excess tissue to shorten the bottom eyelid before anchoring the tarsal strip to the tissue covering your orbital bones. ⁽⁹⁾

Recovery

After your procedure, you will need to take some time away from your responsibilities to focus on your recovery. Dr. Vanek will provide you with a full set of post-operative instructions when meeting with you in person to help you care for yourself, which will include directions on managing any side effects and navigating your activity restrictions. By following each one he provides to you as written, you will be able to return to your routine safely and quickly. This printed booklet will be available to you and your loved ones who are assisting in your care.

Once you have completely recovered, you will be able to enjoy the results of your full facial rejuvenation. Follow-Up Appointments

All of your follow-up appointments will be in Dr. Vanek’s beautiful Concord office. Follow-ups are unlimited, and you incur no additional charges. However, available amenities may elicit a new charge. These follow-up visits are by appointment and can include Sciton BBL laser treatments for bruising, wound resolution, and suture removal. Patient follow-ups include laser treatments on incisions sites to reduce scar appearance at months 2, 3, and 4 post-op. Additional amenities available are lymphatic drainage massages, LED light therapies, Hydrafacial, post-operative Forever Young, HALO, and MOXI laser treatments arranged and discussed at the time of your facial surgical consultation.
